I’ve been an attorney for over 30 years and in that time, I’ve seen more than my fair share of lawsuits against contractors.  So, to say that I was “skeptical” and “a little picky” when the time came to hire one to do some renovations and build a new golf cart garage, would be gross understatements.  Now that my project has been completed … EARLIER than promised … and UNDER budget … I can say without hesitation or qualification that Three Oaks Construction is superb and the finest contractors you can hire!  The level of care and communication by the owner, himself, Ryan Hutcheson, was off the charts … he always took our call (even early on Sunday mornings … yes, we were those people) or would call us back within minutes, he would even retrieve our trashcan from the street on trash day and gather all of our (many) Amazon packages and move them inside so that they would not get damaged.  Most importantly, the design and quality of the end product exceeded our expectations in every possible aspect.  In truth, we were blown away!!  I would absolutely recommend Three Oaks Construction to anyone who is ready to entrust their most prized possession to true professionals …
